Creanord strengthens partnership with Plenware

Plenware, a leading software-based VoIP solution provider extends their partnership with Creanord. The partnership now covers the complete Creanord Verified service for their customer's network performance verification as a vital part of their quality assurance strategy.

"Creanord Verified is an essential part of our quality assurance strategy especially for our PleNet customers," says Jouni Kemppainen from Plenware. "With Creanord Verified we can for example run VoIP traffic within our customer's network for a one week period before the customer implements PleNet's solution in their network. The service also allows our customers to establish and monitor SLA agreements and Key Performance Indicators eliminating poor quality related dissatisfaction and revenue loss."

The Creanord Verified service allows Plenware's customers to assure deployment success and acceptance by pinpointing possible problems in their company's IP network prior to and after VoIP roll-out. Initially customers receive a written report detailing whether their network is VoIP ready and delivering results regarding network impairments which have affected the overall voice quality.
